Refund & Returns Policy

This refund and returns page describes our policies regarding products purchased by our customers and those options available to our customers after purchase. This is includes returns for new and unopened products and packages, slightly used products and/or packages that have been opened, and products that have been used but did not meet product specifications or reasonable demands.

Please note that we clearly mark all Non-Refundable items in their respective product descriptions. All sales of these products should be considered final and we offer no warranty, gurantees, or insurances about these products except those applicable by law. These are purchased at the sole discretion of the customer.

 

RETURNS

All goods, unless otherwise labeled, are eligible for return within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and time with the exception of items whose purchase contained a tracked shipping number in which case the return window will begin starting from the date and time of the purchase's confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in either unused or reasonably returnable condition (the item should not be in any condition as to impede its function or otherwise be heavily soiled, damaged, or in an unusable state). Please ensure to document the status and quality of your purchase before return mailing any products. Tracking for your return purchase is recommended but not mandatory and we are not responsible for any loss or damage during the process of your return.

EXCHANGES/REPLACEMENTS

All goods, unless otherwise labeled, are eligible for an exchange within fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date and time with the exception of items whose purchase contained a tracked shipping number in which case the return window will begin started from the date and time of the purchase's confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, your item(s) must be in its original state and show reasonable cause for exchange or replacement to include, but not limited to: fire or water damage, damage incurred during shipping, manufacturing defects, or items that have otherwise not met the reasonable standard of quality expected for such a purchase. Please ensure to document the status and quality of your purchase as you received it as proof before opening your dispute.

REFUNDS, CREDIT, COUPONS, DISCOUNTS

For all valid Returns, you are given the option of:
-a full refund of your grand total (total price+shipping+tax if applicable)
or
-a full refund in in-store credit equal to your grand total(total price+shipping+tax if applicable)

For all valid Exchanges, you are given the option of:
-an exchange for any in stock and in-store items equal to, or less than, your grand total (total price+shipping+tax if applicable)
or
-a full refund in the form of in-store credit equal to your grand total (total price+shipping+tax if applicable)

For all valid Replacements, you are given the option of:
-a 1:1 replacement for your original purchase to include all in stock, in-store items at no extra cost to include re-shipment.
or
-a replacement for all items currently available for your original purchase including a refund or in-store credit equal to the cost of unavailable items (price of unavailable items+tax if applicable)

Once your returns or exchanges are received, inspected, and approved we will send you an email to notify you of next steps. If approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed immediately; all refunds will be processed in the method originally used during checkout. For Debit and Credit purchases, please allow up to five (5) business days for your refund to post to your account. For PayPal purchases, your refund should post immediately to your account with the exception of Federal Holidays where your refund may be delayed.

If you opted for in-store credit, you will be provided with a physical gift-card, coupon, or checkout code for use on your next purchase. Please allow up to five (5) business days for physical gift cards to arrive via mail, all coupons or checkout codes are distributed via email and should be received no later than one (1) hour after the email is sent.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

EXCEPTIONS

Any coupons or discount codes used during checkout are non-refundable and, in the case of refunds and in-store credit, will be used to calculate your total price. Customers are not entitled to the difference for any price changes made after their purchase, such as in the event that an item is posted at a lower price any time after a customer has purchased said item at its original price.

Special letters, invoices, or packaging sold as a separate service from our standard mailing procedures are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Sale items with a total discount of more than or equal to 50% are ineligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Items marked as Non-Refundable or All Sales Final are ineligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

SHIPPING

To return your product, please follow the address instruction on our Contact Us page.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We make no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
