This refund policy describes our stance and options available to you, the customer(s), in regards to any disputes you might have regarding our products and services including, but not limited to:
-Physical Storefront Items
-Delivery
-Digital or Exclusive Items
Please note that we clearly mark all Non-Refundable items in our product descriptions and are not eligible for any of the following dispute policies.
RETURNS
All goods, unless otherwise labeled, are eligible for returns within fourteen (14) days after delivery. For orders with tracked shipping, the policy date begins the same day shipment was confirmed as delivered to the recipient.
To be eligible for a return all items must be unused and in the same condition they were received. Please make sure to document the status and quality of your merchandise before return mailing any product. Anon Patch Store is not responsible for any damage, defects, theft, or loss during return delivery but will be taken into consideration for refund purposes. We are likewise not liable for any damage, defects, theft, or loss during delivery as well.
REFUNDS, CREDIT, COUPONS, DISCOUNTS
All valid Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit are provided either as:
-a full refund of your grand total (total price of goods+shipping+tax if applicable) minus the cost of return shipping via Shopify or digital storefronts to the original payment method (debit, credit, PayPal, etc.)
or
-a full refund in the form of store credit equal to your grand total (total price of goods+shipping+tax) minus the cost of return shipping via Shopify or digital storefronts
or
-a full refund of your grand total (total price of goods+shipping+tax if applicable) via Shopify or digital storefronts to the original payment method (debit, credit, PayPal, etc.)
EXCEPTIONS
Unless otherwise posted, any coupons or discount codes, automatic checkout discounts, or sales discounts after checkout are non-refundable and, in the case of refunds and in-store credit, will be used to calculate your grand total. The difference in price changes made after purchase are non used for calculating grand totals and all sales totals are final.
Special letters, invoices, or packaging sold as a separate service from our standard mailing procedures are not eligible fore returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds.
Sale items with a total discount of more than or equal to 25% off the non-sale price are ineligible for refunds or returns.
