Refund Policy

This refund policy describes our stance and your options in regards to any disputes you might have about the products at our store involving returns, refunds, and exchanges.

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 29 days. For orders with tracked shipping the policy date begins the same day shipment was confirmed as delivered. For all other orders the policy goes into effect the same day the shipment was confirmed as having been mailed out.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The original packaging does not need to be retained or returned nor do any letters or invoices included with your purchase with the exception of special letters, invoices, or packaging material that are sold as a service and paid for separately from the actual cost of shipping.

For Returns, please make sure to document the status and quality of your merchandise before mailing. If your Return is due to a dispute in quality, please make sure to document the status and quality before informing us of your Return. To prevent any lapse in coverage please inform us immediately of your Return's mailing status. Tracking for your package is recommended but not mandatory.

For all Returned items, make sure to properly package and secure your merchandise before returning it to us. Postage must be paid by the sender. We are not liable for any damages or loss to your Return before we receive it.

EXCHANGES

REFUNDS, CREDIT, COUPONS, DISCOUNTS

For all valid Returns, you are given the option of:
-a full refund of your grand total(total price+shipping+tax if applicable) minus the cost of return shipping
or
-a full refund in in-store credit equal to your grand total(total price+shipping+tax if applicable) minus the cost of return shipping
If your Return is only partially refundable, such as in the case of items damaged during transit, you are only entitled to a refund of the total amount of items properly returned and any other applicable fees.

For all valid Exchanges, you are given the option of:
-an Exchange in value less than or equal to your grand total(total price+shipping+tax if applicable) plus the cost of return shipping. You must pay the fee for reshipping your new merchandise.
If your exchange is only partially valid, such as in the case of items damaged during transit, you are only entitled to an exchange for the total amount of items properly returned and any other applicable fees.

Once your returns or exchanges are received, inspected, and approved we will send you an email to notify you of next steps.If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of business days. If you opted for in-store credit, you will be provided with a gift-card or coupon code for future purchases with our store.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund yet please wait 3 business days or re-check your bank account for any future transaction. For Credit Card companies, it may take up to 1 week before your refund is officially posted to your account.In the case of some financial institutions, your refund may be held until you or the Site approve of the transactions.If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at anonpatchcraft@gmail.com


EXCEPTIONS

Any coupons or discount codes used during checkout are non-refundable and, in the case of refunds and in-store credit, will be used to calculate your total price. You are not entitled to the difference for any price changes made after your purchase, for better or worse.

Special letters, invoices, or packaging sold as a separate service from our standard mailing procedures are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Sale items with a total discount of more than or equal to 15% are ineligible for refunds or returns.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please follow the address instruction on our Contact Us page.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
